العربي : نبدأ بسم الله:
اولا: بخصوص اشياء عامه في المطبخ والطبخ :
o طريقه غسل الخضروات لضمان نظافتها :احضري قدر املئيه بمويه اضيفي ملعقه صغيره من الخل الابيض وبعد ذالك ضعي الخضروات اللي زي (الجرجير-الملوخيه –الخس ...الخ)..اتركيها خمس دقايق وبعدين انشليها بهدوء من القدر لأن الاوساخ والديدان الصغيره (لاترى الا بالمجهر) تترسب في الاسفل ...وبعدين اغسليها بمويه عايديه وبالعافيه ^_^
o هناك قدر خاص لغسيل الخضروات اسألوا عنه عند المحلات.
o من آداب الطعام الغير معروفه ولابد من تعليمها للابناء والصغار وهي :طالعي في المرايه قبل الاكل وبعد الاكل (اكتشفوا السبب بنفسكم ماراح اقول).
o استبدلي جميع المنتجات الهولندبه والدنماركيه وابحثي عن البديل المناسب نمي هاذا في الصغار –وهناك اشياء مكتوب عليها تعبئه في هولندا –برضو تشملها المقاطعه ومنها(حليب وادي فاطمه-قشطه بيتي........الخ)
o الحليب المجفف المناسب (حليب المراعي الخضراء ) وايضا قشطه (المراعي الخضراء )
o عند دخولك للمطبخ البسي (مريله) مو من القماش ماعرف من ايش لكن زي سفره طاوله الطعام نوعيه الخامه اللي مصنوعه منها بحيث لو جاء عليها <اكل والا مويه >يسهل ازالتها بالمسح وماتحتاج الى غسيل اضافه الى انها تحافظ على ملابسكي نظيفه ... البسيها حتى عند غسيل الصحون
ثانيا:كتب الطبخ:
o كتاب (سفرة اناهيد الشهيه ) اتوقع سعره في حدود 200-250 لكن بالزبط كم مافتكر ..
-هاذا الكتاب للناس الراقين والرايقين ^_^فيه كل انواع الطبخ من كل انحاء العالم (ايطالي –روسي-يوناني –عالمي –خليجي –سعودي –لبناني –سوري –صيني –مغربي –بلجيكي –مصري – فلسطيني –برازيلي –عراقي –آرامي –اميريكي –اسباني –الماني – ايراني –فلبيني –مكسيكي – مغربي- فرنسي -....الخ)
o احلى قسم في الكتاب (الحلويات الغربيه)...شئ عجيب نصيحه اللي تحب الفن والابتكار في الطبخ تشتريه
o كتاب (حفلة شاي ) ب200 ريال تأليف /رجاء مريعاني ....كتاب رائع للي تحب تعمل الاكل الخفيف وايضا الاشياء اللي تتقدم للضيوف يحتوي على (موالح /معجنات/كل انواع السندوتشات زي شاورما الدجاج وغيرها/السلطات/الحلويات/الحلا البارد/عصيرات /الفطاير الحلوه(شرقيه وغربيه) )
o كتاب (مائده العروسين) ب50ريال ل/فايزه كتاب روعه للي ماتعرف تطبخ كل شئ فيه جميع الاكلات البسيطه موجود ..ينفع ايضا يقدم كهديه للعروسه ..لكن لايناسب جميع المناطق لأن اطباقه مكّاويه فقط (أي لاأهل مكه خصوصا والمنطقه الغربيه عموما )
o كتاب ((نخبة الاطباق )) ب120 ريال ل/أمل الجهيمي ..انصح كل السيدات بشرائه فيه جميع الاصناف وايضا الحلا رائع وفخم شكله مع انه سهل وبسيط ..عند تقديمه يبيض الوجهه على قولتكم <<<سار كريم اساس مو حلا خخخخخخ
o في رز اسمو رز(كوهنيور)<<ميزتو بيطلع رائحة حلوه في اثناء الطبخ يعني تحسي انك طبختي فعلا <<<انا والروائح في زحمه
